<p>We also had two students join us through the CRA-W DREU program join us this summer! <a title="David Brickler" href="http://dbrickler.blogspot.com/">David Brickler</a> from Morehouse College came to work on tactile graphics, and <a title="Kate Ringland" href="http://kateringland.net/blog/">Kate Ringland</a> came to work on the accessible fashion project from Washington State University Vancouver.</p>

<p>We made mustache rings in style at Robotfest this year!  Our projects included Russ&#8217; AWESOME lego platform, Phil&#8217;s Isometric game controller, Karim&#8217;s tweenbot, 3D printed tactile graphics, and Amy&#8217;s famous <a href="http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5123">3D printed Mustache Ring.</a></p>

<p>We had a great time going down to Washington DC to participate in the RobotFest section at the US Science and Engineering Festival.  At the event we demoed our research on accessible fashion, Braille input, and 3D printed tactile graphics and Braille rings to thousands!  Thanks to everyone who stopped by our booth.</p>
